One of the things that makes Fowl Cay so special is its exclusive and private setting. Depending on the size of your group, smaller parties can rent one or two villas and larger groups have the option to hire the entire island. Plus you can stay for two weeks or just for five nights — we are happy to accommodate your time frame.

Please note: For non “Holiday Dates”: A 25% deposit (of the villa price), in addition to our standard deposit of £175pp, is payable at time of booking, with full payment due 71 days prior to arrival.
For “Holiday Dates”: Full payment is required at time of booking, which is non-transferable and non-refundable.
For all dates, a £2,000 security deposit is required at time of booking.
