There will be plenty of options for red, white and blue drinks this Independence Day but none quite like this sweet, juicy red concoction. Try the Antigua favorite, named in honor of Antigua’s only living national hero and cricketer, Sir Vivian Richards, at your celebrations this year: 

ANTIGUA VIV RICHARDS 

1 oz.           Southern Comfort

1 oz           Peach Schnapps

1 oz           Cavalier Dark Rum

1 ½ oz      Orange Juice

1 ½ oz      Cranberry Juice

Mix together and serve with ice.  Garnish with a pineapple or lime slice. Enjoy the smooth taste!
