We will give you a quote and hold your reservation for 24 hrs. Then just send your deposit - all major credit cards accepted - and your vacation in paradise is booked!
How do I get to Fowl Cay?
Almost all of our guests fly to Fowl Cay via the airstrip at Staniel Cay from Nassau or from Ft. Lauderdale (Executive Airport). If you require any assistance making your travel plans to Fowl Cay we are on hand to answer any questions.

What sort of travel documents will I need to get to the Bahamas?
All US citizens will require a passport to travel to the Bahamas. If you are traveling from another country please contact your local passport agency to confirm any additional required documents.
Does the island have internet access and a cell phone service?
Yes! There is free wireless internet throughout the island and in all of the villas. Currently, AT&T works if you have an international plan.
What time can I check-in/out?
Check in is at 3PM and check out is 10AM. We are a very small island in a remote area with a wonderful but lean staff. We ask that when you are making your travel arrangements you try to stick as closely to the times above as possible, so as to avoid any inconvenience at the start or end of your special trip. When the island is busy it is very difficult to clean the houses (and remember they are full houses not just hotel rooms) in the 5 hours between 10 am and 3pm. We will always do our best to clean them quickly but as you can imagine it is not easy when all six are leaving and all six are coming.
What kind of clothes should I bring?
Beach, beach, beach! We are very laid back on Fowl Cay so shorts, cover ups, flip flops, bathing suits during the day and for dinners at the Hill House our guideline is collared shirts for men – Polos or button downs. Nothing fancy just casual and easy going.
How do meals work on Fowl Cay? Do we need to bring our own food?
There's no need to bring any food – we will shop for you! All of the villas have fully equipped kitchens that are stocked with food for breakfast, lunch and snacks before you arrive. When you make your reservation we will send you a list of foods and drinks available in your villa. You will also be able to request any special items that are not on the list. We always do our best to accommodate special requests but occasionally due to the remoteness of the island we are not able to provide all special request items. For dinner we eat in the Hill House every night of the week. Cocktail hour is at 6:30pm a great meeting spot to mingle with some of the other guests or enjoy the stunning sunsets.
What kind of boat will we be given?
Sweetwater and Blue Moon villas come with an 18 ft Angler (115 HP) that holds 6 adults comfortably and is ideal for larger groups of guests. The remaining villas each have their own 17 ft Angler (75 HP) that hold 4 adults comfortably to explore the wonders of the islands. During your first day we will give you a boat orientation and a chart of the area. The managers will teach you how to navigate the waters, point out local landmarks and help you decide where to go first.

Does the Island have snorkel gear or do I need to bring my own?
The island has a full closet of snorkel gear, for small children to large adults – we have a full range of flippers, masks and snorkels and will help you pick out your kit for the duration of your stay.
How about tennis equipment – do we need to pack our racquets?
No. Fowl Cay provides tennis racquets and balls leaving plenty more room in your luggage for sun screen and books!
